Providing Everything Your Child Needs
One-One Creative Writing
I will personalize weekly lessons to fit the creative needs of your child. We will read relivant and age appropriate works in their genre(s) of choice and then prompts and strategic lessons will be provided to practice and hone their creative chops. We will also work on revisions and learn about submitting their works to contests, publications, and scholarships. Meets every week, rotating online and in person.
$25/hour. Billed 4-6 weeks via Venmo
One-One Tutoring
I will personalize weekly lessons in coordination with your child's English and Literature education. We will follow their current curriculum while expanding their learning goals. Whether it be comprehension, composition, grammar, or gernal literacy, your child will grow and learn how to love reading and writing. Meets every week, rotating online and in person.
$25/hour. Billed 4-6 weeks via Venmo
Group Workshops
6 week workshops offered to 9-12 year olds and teens. Sessions rotate between poetry, short fiction, nonfiction or group requests. Workshops include free-writes, prompts, and safe space workshopping (with methods of positive, constructive feedback). Participants will build a collection of work and lasting creative relationships. Meets 1.5 hours every week online.

Portfolio Preparation
Is your child intersted in attending Denver School of Arts? Is the application process overwhelming you? I will help your child meet those deadlines through personalized timelines, goals, and applicable assignments for your child, resulting in the completion of their portfolio. We will follow DSA guildlines while creating an application that stands apart. Specializing in creative writing plus experience in theater and visual arts. In person or online sessions available.
$25/hour. Billed 4-6 weeks via Venmo
Experience
B.F.A in Creative Writing from Pratt Institute. Over four years college level tutoring, includes composition, comprehension, ESL, and revision. Two years of high school English tutoring, includes literacy, creative and essay writing, general test and SAT prep. Five years (combined) ECE and art teacher for toddler to teens, includes lesson planning and execution, exstensive social emotional and whole body learning training for ECE-Elementary age.
One-One Creative Writing, Tutoring, Portfolio Prep: $25/hour. Billed in 4-6 week cycles via Venmo.
